Realistic, bespoke warranties


The flooring industry is littered with empty promises, with the topic of warranties being one of the worst areas. Some companies quote 10 years, others 15, but what use is a warranty if the overall package doesn’t stack up?

A well specified flooring system when cared for correctly will offer many years of trouble free service. However, useful life will vary depending on the severity of the operating environment. The National Flooring Company Ltd specifies systems that are “fit for purpose” at the extremes of operating conditions to ensure you get the correct system for your needs and maximum useful life.

Thus, to enable us to offer realistic warranties, our contracts team, in conjunction with our suppliers and the customer will agree a warranty for each project based on the specific installation environment, creating a truly bespoke solution.


Post installation care


Unlike others within our industry, we offer extensive post installation support from periodic inspections through to a rapid response repair service and full cleaning advice. We are committed to offering the best post-installation support in the industry and believe that this is a key criteria that all customers should consider before choosing a supplier. We promise to be there if a problem occurs, something some of our competitors are unwilling or unable to guarantee!
