The award categories include contractor of the year, trainer of the year, environmental initiative of the year as well as large and small project of the year. Each award is designed to demonstrate supplier/contractor excellence within each category field.

RESYN’s efforts for 2013 have been suitably rewarded by being shortlisted not only for the small project of the year award but also contractor of the year, specifically for their work on hospital flooring installations.

The nomination for the contractor of the year was focused around the company’s outstanding customer service, innovative steps for process development, environmental practice and awareness as well as their Health and Safety Awareness and implementation of safe working practice.

Whilst RESYN provides a consistently high level of customer service to all clients it has been noticeably rewarded this year through the satisfaction of their customers who have been vocal in their gratitude and continued business and in certain circumstances the development of National Agreements.

One client in particular that benefited from the company’s high levels of customer service was Peterborough City Hospital. Their mortuary refurbishment (including a new hospital flooring installation) was a relatively small project in size but had an extensive level of investment with regard to time. This was due to the fact the hospital flooring installation had been completed three times previously unsuccessfully. This once relatively simple project had turned into a complex installation due to a number of significant failures.

The way in which RESYN approached and completed the hospital flooring installation was rewarded not only by the gratitude of those involved with the project but also by FeRFA who decided to shortlist the nomination for the small project of the year award.

Winners are to be announced at the award ceremony on 15th November 2013.

Further details of the installation at Peterborough City Hospital are due to follow shortly, however RESYN can be contacted 01778 343670 or through our contact page for further details.
